COVID-19 NOTICE
Our office is now open.
IAI has implemented protocols to protect the health and well-being of our valued employees and clients. Many of our staff members will continue to work remotely, however all of them can be reached by phone or email. A list of contacts can be found on our website. You may also call the office at 609-646-1000. Please be patient. Everyone, including our carriers are working under extraordinary conditions. We will do our best to respond timely, but may encounter delays beyond our control. Please know we are doing everything possible to maintain customary high levels of service.
Kindly make an appointment before coming to the office. To minimize contact with our staff, we prefer to work electronically whenever possible. This includes processing payments, writing new policies & making coverage changes. Please call your representative for any assistance you may need. If you are uncomfortable conducting business in this manner, we will gladly meet with you. Kindly wear a mask before entering the building.
