Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, our full-time Claim Department is available to assist our clients with the reporting and adjustment of claims. Since we are aware that claims can occur at any time of the day or night, we have provided a listing of our carriers and their claim reporting departments to make sure our clients have access to immediate assistance 24/7.

What To Do In The Event Of a Claim

• Notify your insurance company or insurance agent as soon as possible
• Look for potential safety risks. If the building is unstable, do not enter
• Report downed power lines or gas leaks to authorities as soon as possible
• Take photographs, if possible
• When safe to do so, make emergency repairs to protect your property from further damage
• Keep samples or damaged items when able for the claims adjuster
• Keep an accurate record of any repair expenditures
